Cancellation Policy for all accommodation
- 30 - 23 days prior arrival date 10% service fee of full invoice amount.
- 22 - 15 days prior arrival date 35% of full invoice amount
- 14 - 7 days prior arrival date 50% of full invoice amount
- 6 - 1 days prior arrival date 90% of full invoice amount
- NO SHOW 100% of full invoice amount
Check In and Check Out
- Check - In: as from 14:00
- Check - Out: 10:00
- Early check-ins or late check-outs must be arranged before.
Children Policy
- No children can be booked either for the Boutique Apartments nor for the Adventure Camp!
- Children aged 0 - 2: stay with one paying adult free of charge; baby cot will be provided.
- As from the age of 3 to 11 years, family rooms are available at full family-room-rate per child and adult
- Children as from the age of 12 will be handled as adults and are at full accommodation rate; no family room occupation possible.
